About us & how we work

An employment business built around responsible staffing

Brite Talent Staffing Ltd recruits and supplies temporary care workers to established organisations across Bristol, Bath and the South West of England.

A clear staffing model

We supply workers. Our clients provide and direct care.

Brite does not provide regulated personal care to service users. The care provider remains responsible for its regulated service, assessments, care planning, supervision, medicines processes and clinical direction.

Our role is to recruit, verify, match and supply temporary Care Assistants, Support Workers and Senior Care Assistants for agreed assignments. This distinction guides how we communicate, work and safeguard people.

Our principles

Calm, clear and people-centred

Reliability

Be honest about availability and follow through on confirmed assignments.

Safeguarding first

Treat safer recruitment and concerns reporting as essential responsibilities.

Transparency

Explain rates, expectations and assignment details in plain English.

Dignity

Treat workers, clients and service users with respect in every interaction.

Our commitments

What we always do — and what we never do

Clear boundaries protect workers, providers and the people supported by client services.

We always

  • Pay workers for authorised hours worked regardless of client payment status
  • Let workers freely accept or decline assignments
  • Complete checks required for the role and assignment before supply
  • Communicate assignment details and responsibilities clearly

We never

  • Force a worker to accept a shift
  • Make unlawful deductions or charge workers a fee to find work
  • Claim responsibility for a client’s regulated care service
  • Direct a service user’s care plan or clinical decisions

Temporary staffing, with people at its heart

Whether you need reliable shift cover or want flexible care assignments, choose the path that is right for you.
